elsrik did the dirty work of trimming him while I picked up the massive wads of fur and put them in a grocery sack, which was full by the time the shaving was done.
This was done about...two months ago, I think? So his fur has now grown back to be about the length of the average short-hair. But for the past two months there was no puking, no tummy upset, and I think he was a lot more comfortable.
We'll let it grow back for winter so he can stay warm, but may very well put him back in his Leo the Lion state afterward. :D
Well, after Cloudy's experiences with groomers, I'm not wanting one to file lawsuit, so I've been trying to trim her myself. She gets very grumpy come time to trim the tummy, and so I'm attempting to keep myself from being gnawed enough to draw large amounts of blood.
