Well I'm off to Laredo. :) waiting to pick up daph and jen in San antonio! Feeling good about scale being 219 still LOL.

Gratitude:
- good friends to ride 3 hrs with (and drink beer with.. And play music... And work out...)
- the scale being 219 :) keep goin down baby!
- im grateful for light beer!!! LOL
