I'm okay, haven't really been doing much outside the Gauche anyway and we're pretty far away from the attacks. Still kinda fucked up, though, really. Not sure I want to leave the place now. Er, not that I did before.

Glad to hear it. :) I haven't been leaving the Conrad much myself and I don't think that'll change, especially in light of recent events. Hopefully these people will be apprehended quickly.

Don't get me wrong - being able to create original things is still pretty amazing - but there's still a part of me that wants to go out and actually test them.

I know what you mean. If what I've been seeing on the journals is anything to go by, it won't be long before anyone with powers won't be able to go out without needing a weapon.

Maybe something in a small freeze ray?
