Hundred Pushups Update 09/02/2008

Went back to Week Two, Day One, Column Two.  Did the workout with proper form and managed all sets, including thirteen on level five.  That's forty correct pushups, not to mention that thirteen is almost twice my initial test.

I just looked back at August 14th (the first time I did Week Two, Day One), and saw that my Level Five was only ten pushups, plus I was using the handles wrong then, so I've seen a considerable gain in less than three weeks. Go, me!
