Well Clive has confessed to growing that 'stache on his own accord. Silly man. *laughs* But yes I'd agree that he can easily upstage Statham at any given time with no effort. I still haven't watched Killer Elite - must find the time!!!

Finally someone comes up with the perfect description for that mustache. Sort of implies what we've sort of wondered about someone doing it because he would upstage Jason otherwise lol. Great review!

I have to admit, I loved Killer Elite because I love both Clive and Jason as actors and I really wanted to see them in a movie side-by-side and this one really gave me my 'dream come true' (except for that mustache!!). I've loved Clive since around 2002 - I love how he can get so much emotion through his eyes that so many people just don't pick up on because they're all wanting the physical body language. Love Jason because he's much like Clive in the manner that you can get a lot of his emotion through the look. Of course he plays the bad-ass, I mean, with his coarse voice that's his thing, that's part of what he likes and he does it well. I don't necessarily agree with the article on Jason's behalf - there were other things that really bogged down the movie... but Clive and Jason were not the ones.
