Why do you care so much about what people think of you or your thoughts? A journal is a place where you're supposed to bitch and complain, and not really give a flying fuck what people think about it, because it's what you're thinking, not what anyone else is. So what if they don't understand? If they were your friend, they'd try to. If they don't like it, they shouldn't read it, it's as simple as that.
