While thinking clockwork thoughts, I felt a terrible evil need to point out to you these candy gears.

(Why Aeolia in particular? Not that I shouldn't go read a whole lot of backstory and sort through headers ...)

Gorgeous, but also wicked pricey, especially for consumables.

Dunno! I'm not sure how far I want to wander from the tech side of things in a steampunk-y game, but it'd be a plausible excuse for falling below standard for Victorian-esque costuming. Must chew through the background material and consult some people I'm trying to mindcontrol ...

(Pondering something rogue-y, but that seems to be a couple of open skills ...? If so, I'd need to be rather less conservative than I was last time 'round.)

Except for some reason "Forest Time" puts "Hammer Time" in my head. I might have to write that filk.

That works surprisingly well with the idea I had percolating around in my head. It still might be a cosmologically bad* idea, but we'll find out when you guys start taking character histories.

*I'm fuzzy on the whole good/bad thing. What do you mean, "bad"?
