I have never really been part of a family that had dramas. There were arguments, people came and went but through it all the 4 of us (Mum, Dad, myself and my sister) just sailed on. We dealt and we moved on

I asked someone to do something for me. She spat the dummy. She was going to pick something up off someone else. I was going to get something off the same person, but had to be at kindygym at the time in question. I asked could she get the thing for me as well. I would have given petrol money. I was told in no uncertain terms that she wasn't a courier service.

This is the same person who gets me to mend clothes, take up curtains, drop everything and be at her beck and call whenever she demands. Apparently I can't ask for something in return.

As for birthday Christmas etc. I've asked her to our place for every event. She's either busy or away or we don't get invited to her place.
I'm tired of being treated like a convenience and then crapped on.

Problem is, the person in question is his daughter. I have tried and tried to be nice to her for his sake, but I just don't like her. We have nothing in common, and she's just rude to me. Her kids trash our house, they hit Caitlin and run riot everywhere. They also live just 'round the corner.
