Silly questions

Aug 06, 2010 19:54

Well, I've been on Lj, for not such a long time so I have some questions about the site. I know, they maybe sound silly and dumb but I'll be an idiot if I don't ask.
It's about comments. Here they are:

•How do I EDIT a comment?
•How do I post images on the comments?

Ok, they're just 2. So, I hope you guys could help me with "these"
I'll be appreciate.

Yep, your friend kaysoul is correct that only paid account users are allowed to edit their comments.

Wanted to elaborate more on the answer for question 2. When people want to post images in their comments, they usually follow either of these two different options.

OPTION ONE: USING FREE PHOTO-HOSTING SITES

Step One: Register for different free photo hosting sites like Photobucket, Flickr, and TinyPic.

Step Two: Upload photos into the photo albums at Photobucket, Flickr, TinyPic.

Step Three: Select an image in an album that you would like to post in a comment.

Step Four: Copy the html code for the selected photo and paste the code into the comment.

Step Five: Hit "Post Comment." And voila!

OPTION TWO: USING THE LIVEJOURNAL SCRAPBOOK

Step One: Upload the photo that you want to post in the comment to your LJ Scrapbook

Step Two: Copy the URL address

Step Three: Insert the URL address of the photo into this html code below:

<♥img src="INSERT-URL-ADDRESS-HERE" alt="title or description ( ... )
