That fog...the things we could see...It was one way to begin a new year here. I suppose it would be too much to hope for strange things not to happen in this place.

[There's a heavy sigh before she speaks again.Even with that rough start, we should try to make this year better than the last--even if the difference is marginal. What would need to ( Read more... )

I think a good start would be to find the location of the scientists and off them once and for all.

If they were only that easy to find.

They have to be somewhere, you know. And if they're somewhere there has to be a way to find that somewhere. We're just not looking hard enough.

There's only so many places they can be. What we need is a lead on their whereabouts.

Well I've already fixed up my embassy so that's good until the next disaster comes along! If we harvest more resources we can get to building or repairing more housing. Definitely need livestock 'cause mutant creatures really aren't as tasty as cows, but I dunno where we'd get any. And then there's always territory expansion! That could lead to all sorts of new opportunities! Again, hard to do without horses or adequate food or anything.

You have quite a few projects, but all of them are worth considering. While I hate to ask them for assistance, maybe the scientists could assist with the livestock at the very least. Harvesting supplies to build should be something we can manage with the effort of a group.

Well, there was a lot of fire damage sustained in some of the buildings, recovering what we can use still from them would probably be good, si?

The school was burned as well, and people lived there, used it to store things. Perhaps working to clean it up, restore it as best we can wouldn't be a terrible waste of time?

Yes, that was one of my thoughts as well. I'm not sure what can be salvaged from the buildings, but it's worth a look.

We should be able to salvage some materials from the buildings that can be easily repaired, gut what's left and use it to restore the school at least.

I would be willing to help, as this would take a few able hands to get in motion.
