You understand it too, don't you? I myself like my food too much to look like Arnie, but better health and more energy is always worth it, no matter if you're swinging a sword, staying up late or just getting through the day.

Progress will be fairly fast at first, but gradually will plateau out. It's a lot easier to go from forty to fifty pounds than it is to go from two hundred and forty and two hundred and fifty. Trust me on this, I know first-hand.

Gosh, to think I can only lift 10 pounds with my legs (I have strap-on-weights), I feel like a wimp. o.o
How do you guys do it? I'd be curious.

Um, well, genetically guys are more likely to have a higher muscle mass and we have testosterone which promotes muscle growth and when you're pumping iron it increases your agression and makes the job easier.

Well, duh. I happen to have to do the weightlifting so I don't land in a wheelchair in two years, so anything else than "I'm a guy that's why lol" would be highly appreciated. ;)
