OMG!!! This was amazing. I loved all the clips and the dialogue that went with it. They all fit so well. And that memory of their first date - marvelous how you made it look like a memory 'bubble' and then coming back to that scene from Clexmas...I mean, Lexmas. *g* Very impressive vid.

Wow!! Good lord this was amazing!! You did an awesome job with the vidding! The clips were perfect and they fit the dialogue so well. I'm sitting here like a dork grinning from ear to ear! The perfect Clex story with a wonderful happy ending!! Amazing work and a lovely gift!

Such happy boys. And Clark choosing Lex. *wibbles* And Lex making it legal! (And then Clark wanting everyone to just go home, kthnxbubye.

"...their friendship deepened." I read this the first time and took it to very porny places in my mind. Something only reinforced with confindent!sexy!Clark.

*watches again*

Clark's coming out party! Oh. That's really kind of almost sweet, since it's Clark's party... but I envision this is just a way for him to put his claim on Clark in public. ^__^ Before he publicly puts his claim on Clark by marrying him.

Oh, amazing vidder, thank you. I love it. I'm going to squish it and rewatch it and go squee some more.

Also, everytime I see the clip you used for the end, Lex's 'awed' face... *sigh* I really kind of love the image of that scene that comes to mind, not to mention the idea that Lex will always look at Clark like that.

(Plus, when I watch, my brain is filing in pieces of the dialogue to match the pieces you've added. It makes me quite happy.)

Plus, the timing on some of the clips, matching them into the lyrics ('Night' in the field, moon at the mansion, 'crying' at the farm when Lex is turning away/being turned away. The main chorus with the boys standing together.)

Thank you so much for the song selection - it really is perfect for happily-ever-after Clex. Their life together will never be easy but that's scarcely the point - all that matters is being there for each other when the going gets tough.

I learned a lot while having the whale of a time making this. For example, in that final scene I had to carefully cut out Lana from both clips, flip one of the images and juggle with the timing and lighting to get them to look like they belonged together. Tallihensia helped a lot.

And wow. I know videos are hard and time consuming, but you did such an amazing job that... well, I can't tell that you struggled, because it flows together so well.

I can tell you, though, that I'll appreciate it all the more when I play it now. (I have two copies on my computer; one with my other video collects and one on the desktop for easy playing. ^__^)

Absolutely brilliant, and I love the way it all came together. Perfectly seamless, such an awesome story, and the scenes are great with it. This is the AU for all AUs and the way Clex should have gone. Loved the ending. ;D This vid gets saved for much much rewatching over and over again. :)

It is an awesome vid. I put it on loop last night. It took me quite a while to get back to writing, and I still kept the video going in the background ("Stand by Me" is one of my all-time favorite songs.) Everytime Lex spoke, I had to smile. (I may have to go post another comment/review/squee.)
