Okay, so. Realistically, how fast can a '67 Chevy go? I'm trying to figure it out on sites but I just see a bunch of gibberish on there. Anyone got a clue?

And, yes, I am aware that I overreasearch the most random shit.

ETA: Nevermind. It tops out around 130mph.

Can go from 0 to 60 mph in 9.1 seconds
Can get to 83 mph over 400 m (17 seconds)
The SS-350 top speed is listed as 142 mph

My mom had a 1968 Firebird. Oh god, i loved that car. The speedometer went up to something nuts, like 140 or 160. I once drove it 110, heh. Wheeeeee!

Not sure if it would ever go as fast as the speedometer said, and i wouldn't want to try. That car was *heavy*, and you could feel how one tiny bump or one over-turn of the wheel would have sent me flying. Exhilarating, but freaky.
