What kind of help would you need with the outline?

I'm not sure. What the outline is really is a way of letting someone who's never even heard of the series-in-question be able to read the fic and know who the characters are and what's going on and things like that.

My problem is that unless I'm directkly asked a question about something I tend to gloss over things (I completely forgot to explain anything about or even mention The Conspiracy to someone once) that are somewhat vitally important.

Well, just write it and we can look over it and mention anything you missed.

There is also the factor that the Conspiracy is quite boring and doesn't really play a big role in most fics.

Oh that would rock awesomely because A) This is more than I thought it would be, and B) I'm on the bus in about an hour and a half and will be unnetted for about an hour or so (Depending on the bus).
