I want to thank everyone who's been helping out at the emergency infirmary we set up after last week's incident. It's really been a big help to have you around. Additionally, I'm keeping the infirmary open, from here out. The first floor of 70 Irving Place will always be a place where you can come if you're sick or injured to find help ( Read more... )

We have an infirmary? That's great to hear! Thanks for being willing to maintain that. Let me know if you ever get so busy you need extra help.

I've had basic First Aide training and some knowledge of field dressings...really, the problems I usually run into involve not having any supplies. I don't suppose there's a way I could pick up some bandages or antiseptic, if you have extra? [pause, then chuckles] It looks like I'm slowly rebuilding my mission gear; I lost it all except the vest when I got here, but all of the pockets are starting to fill up again.

The locals had a clinic set up where you could get treatment or supplies, but most of what we have here is what I've raided from the hospitals that haven't been cleaned out yet. I think we can probably spare some supplies for people out on the field, though.

70 Irving Place, you say? Not very far from where I'm at. I'm currently living in One Irving Place.

As for those first aid classes, I'd be interested in attending. Never too old to want to expand my résumé, and it sounds like a useful skill to know around here.

You're Rebecca Chambers, correct? I think maybe a Jill Valentine may have mentioned you.

It's probably easier if I say right next door to Seventh Heaven. I'm living above the bar, so it was the most convenient place for emergency access.

I know where that is. I drop Eve off there to be looked after while I'm working on the precinct, as Claire looks after her sometimes while I'm not around.

That's right. I've been to the tavern but don't believe we've been formally introduced face-to-face.

Oh, that's right. I've seen her around, but it's usually when I've been busy so I haven't had much of a chance to talk with her.
