Thanks Em. I really wanted to get it out of the way. I've been pretty agressively paying it down. I got rid of both provincial and federal in just over 3 years. And believe me, when I first started there was a big hunk of debt to get rid of - law school ain't no cheap ride. I also made a committment that although Jason and I were sharing the bills for everything else, this was my debt, so I decided I wanted to pay it off myself. I wouldn't let him help...some might consider that stubborn and stupid, but I really felt it was my educational journey and completing it meant I made all of the payments myself. Although that choice is not for everyone, on a day like today I really feel like I accomplished something...paid for three degrees all by myself! Now I can start some serious wedding/house building saving!
