Goodbye, DokuNet.

I've had DokuNet for 7 years now.   Wow has it really been that long?  I haven't updated it much since before I got a job---four years ago.  It's just kinda been sitting there, collecting dust.

And every year since I stopped updateing, I've been asking myself---do I really want to renew it this year?

I know! And what if I don't have a passport---those things take _forever_ to get to you.

They have a "renew without logging in!!" option, but I try to use it and it says I have to log in? Like, what the---?

You'd figure they'd be all, "You want to pay us give it~!" instead of "No, sorry, can't do it."

And back in the day, I did register it separate from the hosting, but then the domain company went and bought up my hosting company. At the start I had been lead to believe the hosting company would register it, but it turns out it was mislead wording on their part. I remember something about, "What domain do you want?" and instead of giving me the domain, it made it my username? Yeeeaaah. Which is why the domain expires a few days after the hosting.

I think the biggest problem here, is when I got it my mother insisted it was under her email, against my protests. Whe, parents~!
