Notes: Thanks to a ridiculous temperature drop (a change of 40°F/22°C), I've been battling a nasty cold for over a week.  What's Cheryl's suggestion?  Whump Daniel.  Good plan!

Our Six Flags closed down last year, so Mother Nature is taking it upon herself to give us the roller coasters we're missing out on. The drop from 80 to 40 was not pleasant, though, and it's only finally back in the 60s (after snowing on Thursday, of course). The ickiness still lingers, but the worst of it has passed.

Yeah, why should Daniel be surprised about Jack showing up unannounced? It's just so... so... Jack.

I called this gen fic 'cause I intended it that way, but even with non-prescription slash goggles, there's nothing that says this isn't JACK'S house. ;)

To be honest, I was having a difficult time reading this as "no pairing", but I assumed that was because my 'SHIP EVERYONE goggles have permanently altered my vision. ;D

Given the number of my fandom buddies who are slashers, my gen has a tendency to lean slashy. But then again, canon had a tendency to lean a little slashy at times, so...

Oh, the weather! I was on vacation last week and the weather was very non-cooperative. I have been sitting on my porch sipping iced tea and a few days later, I had to dig the gloves back out. Geez, give me a break!

Oh, it was awful! A week ago Wednesday, it was 80 then BAM! It was SNOWING while I was on my way to class this Thursday!

He's such a good mother hen :D
