It starts in about half an hour--hell, it'll probably be in progress by the time I finish writing this entry--so I thought I'd update you on some of the prizes that have been donated, because some of them aren't listed yet. (ETA: Official prize list.) FOR REAL, I AM SO INCREDIBLY NOT KIDDING:

You know, I remember looking at my bank account yesterday and thinking, "Oh yay, I have way more money than I thought. Maybe I'll go splurge a little :3" Then, thanks to your blog, I found out about HopeForHaitiNow.org (and the benefit on tv last night) and now HP Alliance. I've gone ahead and donated $25 to HFHN and $50 to HPA. It's not a lot, but every little bit helps.

The Pratchett books drew me in. I wasn't going to donate due to I can't work in Mexico and have no income for the semester, but goddamn it, it's a good cause and if I got a signed Terry Pratchett book I would DIE and it wouldn't matter how much money I had anyway.
