Uncomfortable, but I kind of need to say it

So. First of all, I did manage to get some sleep last night, although I woke up a few times, and I was BOLT AWAKE at 7 am again. You take what you can get. I did spend most of yesterday feeling like I'd downed a quart of espresso, and loud/sudden/vehement noise (such as someone venting about the guys hired to fix the brickwork, Mom) was ( Read more... )

let me apologize in advance, why we can't have nice things, twilight, hypomania, depression, bipolar

Man, people are wierd, yo.

If you'd told me 5 years ago that there would be stranger fans out there than the Harry Potter ones, I'd have laughed. Now, not so much :p

(also, hugs).

Terrifying thought: who will eventually come along to dethrone the Twilight crazy?

Is that group crazy? I've never seen anything to the level of the Twilight insanity.

Holy rusted metal batman! Alright- definitely removing any and all stalkeriffic inklings from my jokes here from now on... consider me formally squicked. It would be a horrendous thing for you to look back on all the Twilight hilarity with anything other than fond memories and a side ache from too much laughter.

I think it's probably too late for that, although that's less on my behalf and more in a "Oh God, those poor actors, WHYYYYY did someone get a Littlest Edward and turn it into a sex toy" way.

I. . .what? Really? That. . .that happened? Wow. That is a whole new level of creepy.

I keep underestimating The Crazy, I suppose. But you really weren't kidding when you said Twilight means never having to say that you're kidding. Jesus.

I have no words for how creepy that is, and *shudders*

I've said it before and I'll say it again: internet famous must be the suck. All of the crazies and none of the perks.

Yes, very true.

Cleo, I'm so sorry to hear this has been happening. That really is very creepy. *hugs*

Well, it's been happening for a while now. I don't know if it's just my own state of mind--the depression, mania, etc.--that's made it harder to deal with or if it's truly escalated in the last few weeks. I just finally felt like I needed to say something so that the people who would have been like, "Oh, shit, I don't mean it that way" can phrase things a bit better.

(Thanks.)

Well, even for small values of "fame" at that. And does have a few nice benefits. But no, you don't really get tables at restaurants or anything. On the other hand, you know how celebrities are hunted by photographers? Yeah. This is something a blogger never, ever has to worry about.
