It was interesting seeing all the Tonner dolls in person - the photos from their site are lovely, but at the booth I was able to get a very close look at them and appreciate the finer details. (For some reason I really love the tiny shoe laces.) They really are beautiful dolls, I don't even care if the faces are hit-and-miss. I just wish they weren't so expensive.

And see, that's the thing about the Tonners--even if the faces are sketchy, the overall quality is fantastic.

Yeah, I was very impressed! It's hard to appreciate such detail from the photos on the site. In the end the only thing I got was a free Tonner bag to carry all my stuff in, but it was a very nice bag (one of the biggest ones, which was quite helpful).
