My flist has not freaked out yet, and I am a little confused. Although, as I said on my lj, people have been stressing over the possibility of him leaving for the past 2 years, so now that it's actually happening, and we have a year to prepare for it? I think people will be surprisingly calm (you know, for Who fandom)

F'real. Logically I know there's no way I could have avoided this spoiler for an entire year, but...now I am spoiled one day sooner than I might have been.

Yeah, there's no way in hell it wouldn't have popped up somewhere in some conversation. DW fandom is TERRIBLE about keeping spoilers under wraps...just the fact that people are talking about something pretty much lets you know what they're talking about. And the BBC won't be keeping it a secret or anything. But still. It's the principle of the thing!

They already aren't keeping it a secret. They put out a press release a couple of hours ago. I think they're horrible about spoilers because they're a news organization and must. tell. everything.

I was looking at the Twilight costume suggestions. I noticed that for Bella they only talk about the prom dress. But really, all you'd have to do is wear the most nondescript clothes you can find and then proceed to fall down a lot and attempt to get hit by every car you see.
