They were my favorite books at my elementary school library.Everything else was mostly junk.I still do not know how Bunnicula made it into my Catholic school.

We were watching tv tonight, and a teaser for Twilight came on. The next minute went something like this:
BF: Unmute, please.
Me: Whaaaa?
BF: If you're gonna keep talking about it, I want to know what it's about.
*we watch the trailer, I laugh maniacally the whole time (VAMPIRE = comedy gold), he stares at the screen in confusion*
BF: What is the big fucking deal with this? Seriously.
Me: I don't know! It's a compulsion.

This is the best take I've read about Jennifer Hudson's family tragedy: http://nymag.com/daily/intel/2008/10/body_of_jennifer_hudsons_7-yea.html

You know, from now on every time a celebrity says, "please respect my family's privacy in this difficult time" when they have done something like cheat on their spouse or get arrested for drunk driving, we're going to remember this awful, undeserved tragedy. And then we're going to want to punch that celebrity in the face.

It may say something about me that this came up on Google Reader and I blurted out, "YEAH, BITCHES, BUNNICULA!"

It may say something AWESOME. Those books owned. Veggie-draining bunny vampire for the win.
