So tired

Aw, hell. I've been sneezing a lot lately, and then today I came down with these weird alternating hot and cold spells. I don't know that I'm running an actual fever, but it sucks either way. It's probably allergies. But still--I am determined to not go into the month of October without finishing the annotated Fifteen Minutes thing because I HAVE ( Read more... )

I would just like to note here that after the Six Feet Under series finale used Sia's "Breathe Me" for the last five minutes, I cried for forty-five minutes. And I'd never even seen that many episodes of the show. I just... YouTube it or something. I can't even go look for it.
We were just talking about that this morning! A friend of mine finished the series recently.

Does this mean we should expect some major character arc in Transformers 2?

"Transformers 2 is directed by Michael Bay," she says.
Haaaaaa ha ha ha.

Looper is set in a present-day world in which a group of hitmen are sent their victims from the future.
Okay, that...is new. Perhaps hilarious and awesome?

'Beverly Hills Ninja 2' in the Works.
HAVE THEY NO SHAME.

I really think the Keira and Orlando and Saturday Night Fever thing is kind of a joke. Someone wrote it as a joke and people bought into thinking it was serious. I mean, everything about it sounds ridiculous. Perhaps it's part of a study of how viral things are on the Internet, and how the worse/crappiest/most inane stories spread farther and faster? Somewhere, there is an informative, well-thought-out, and fact-based article on the Civil Rights movement that is dying in cyberspace.

Hee, yeah. I truly do not believe that story can be real, or have originated with someone who was being sincere in the telling.

NO MORE SPIDER-MAN MOVIES UNTIL, OH, THEY CAN REVAMP IT COMPLETELY. I like to pretend that there are none after the second one, and it was excellent. (weren't they saying that they were going to cast Patrick Fugit in the next one? Couldn't they have stuck with that? I might've reassessed my thoughts after that.)

I can't wait for Quantum of Solace. I get a bad case of the squees whenever I see the movie poster.

The piano line from "Breathe Me" was also used in all those President God Morgan Freeman/Visa commercials.
