It was okay; I think the smartest thing in the ( Read more... )

Ah, okay. I think my brain just shut down after the first line or so. And poor Michael Sheen--isn't the first movie the one where Kate Beckinsale left him for the director? At least they're saying the third movie would be directed by someone else.

Tell me about it. This movie's been in development hell for, what, seven years now?

The movie has been in pseudo-production limbo since about a week after the first one hit theaters. Chris Carter has been so damn wishy-washy about the whole thing, and then the big legal battles, and I just really don't feel like I can trust any of them anymore, because they keep promising me more Gillian and David and they never deliver.

I don't know how you feel about it, but you were male in your last earthly incarnation. You were born somewhere in the territory of modern USA South-East around the year 1025. Your profession was that of a monk, bee-keeper or lone gunman.

Nice.

There are, like, three women on the 100 geniuses list. Sigh. (But at least they're not all actresses, I guess?)

Underworld Prequel to Show Rise of the Lycans. But no Kate Beckinsale or Scott Speedman, apparently, which means that I can happily skip this one.

Even worse, they cast Rhona Mitra as Sonja. I wish, wish, wish I was kidding.
