Mmm, watermelon. I think Infamous is on cable later tonight (Capote's somewhere Monday afternoon) and I'm reading the newish issue of Vanity Fair right now, and that's pretty much my plan for the day.

The interview with Yates sounds like it was conducted before DH; hopefully now that they've all read it, they're going to be including Scrimgeour. (And a lot of other things!)

They can cut Scrimgeour all they want, but if Remus/Tonks gets cut, THERE WILL BE BLOOD. *cough* No pressure or anything . . .

(Re: crazy Gary Oldman) People confuse actors with their characters (and vice versa) more often than you'd think. I once spent twenty minutes convincing my dad that just because David Thewlis is gay (or so he said), that does not mean that Lupin is, and there had in fact been something of an outcry when his orientation ws canon-ized. Not to be confused with cannonized And then I looked him up on IMDB, and found out that he isn't gay either. My dad= not the most accurate source of celebrity trivia.

Cleo, I wanted to let you know that I just started college, and whenever I start getting sad/homesick, I read some of your entries I have in my memories. The "Passion of the Limeade" and "Oscar Telecast from the Future" in particular have made me feel better. This is totally a reason as to why you should be "notable".

Aww, bless. I actually have a "Best Of" list over at the Cleoland wiki, because I'm just that lame. How far from home is college? Mine was, like, twenty minutes away, so there wasn't much suffering on my part.

It's only 40 minutes away, so there shouldn't be that much suffering on my part either, but I somehow managed to catch a stomach bug my first night here, so that made it a bit miserable.

You should totally have a 'Best Of' list. How else will we entertain ourselves?

Awww, that's terrible. Do you have Coke and/or ginger ale at hand? I loved our little dorm quad cafe because they always had a fridge of soda, milk and ginger ale.

(My first weekend: I moved in on Saturday, and on Sunday morning, it was on the news that Princess Diana had died.)
