That and about a gazillion pounds of quinces from trees people have for no reason. But quince makes good jelly AND good brandy. (...What?)
And zucchini can be used in chocolate zucchini cake. You don't even taste the zucchini. It's like an entire vegetable just disappeared into the batter. It's like vapourizing zucchinis into chocolate. Poof. Gone.
