So, I haven't been around much. I should probably pop up a little more often.

I can respect that you like Whedon, but just... no. Speaking as someone who doesn't like Whedon, I'd like to keep my Star Wars as Whedon-free as possible.

It's bad enough that Princess Leia can now technically be billed as a "Disney Princess" :/

@Flickchart: Joss Whedon is far and away leading the pack of potential directors. What say you? http://on.fb.me/T2ZwnM #EpisodeVIIDirectorNoms

So you're not alone. Heh. If anything, I'd think he wouldn't *be able* to do it because it's coming out the same year as Avengers 2.

CLEO!!! How we have missed you!! Twitter's good, but it just isn't the same as dear ol' LJ. I'm glad to see you back and posting - I've missed you and your posts and presence here.

I do hope you feel better soon. I have a lot of experience with anaemia - I hope it quits bugging you soon and lets you get well. Chronic Fatigue isn't fun, either. :( *HUGS and Sympathy*

Happy Halloween! :D

I don't mean this in a paranormal alien abduction way, but sometimes it just feels like I... lose time. I feel like the last time I posted was a couple of weeks ago, not a couple of months. I seem to not have a very good concept of the passage of time, is what I'm saying. I don't know if it has anything to do with the lack of energy or not.

No, I know EACTLY what you mean; I get that, too. And I've had some fairly major health problems over the years (not just anaemia and bipolar, but allergies and asthma and others. The asthma and its treatments is the one that really screws me, tho'), so I know where you're coming from. I still get dizzy spells, and feel like I'm almost outside my body, watching the world/moment go by, instead of participating in it. I think those "turns" have to do with asthma and low blood-pressure, tho' I'm not sure.

I do greatly hope you have less health struggles that I have had, tho'! Don't worry; we're still here, glad to see you when you pop up. :) *HUG* The most important thing is that you take care of yourself, as much as your body allows you to. The rest will follow.

Thanks. And you know, it's not always because things are going badly--you can be really happy doing something, really in the zone, and look up and six months have passed. Or two months, in my case. I really kind of think that's what happened--between illness-related fatigue and doing my damnedest to write this thing, I just kind of woke up one day and eight weeks had passed.

Maybe Disney will have people who tell George Lucas "No" for once and save Star Wars?

Yeah, he's supposedly just a "consultant" and not in control. Which should be interesting.

Unfortunately, he apparently wrote the new trilogy treatment. Fortunately, hopefully they can tweak it enough so it's good.

When did Disney ever decide not to do a terrible sequel in order to capitalise on a popular franchise to make money? Lo and I remember The Time of The Shitty Disney Sequels as 'twere but yesterday...

I'm pretty much hoping for Pirates of the Caribbean but with lightsabers.

I'm actually not much of a Star Wars fan myself, so "not Phantom Menace" would work for me, generally.

I... actually haven't even seen most of the original films. >_> I never really got the Star Wars hype. I'm a bad nerd, I guess.

Well, I'm still adjusting to the new glasses--still switching back and forth between old and new to get used to them--but I think they'll help a good bit. I'm hoping that's the solution to the 24/7 headache problem, once you rule out storms and air pressure as the unavoidable cause of the worst migraines.

GOD I WANT TO BE FINISHED WITH THIS THING

Could it be allergies? After finally actually tracking my migraines, and talking with others, I've come to recognize that many of mine are triggered the same day my brother is miserable with his sinuses (we work side-by-side; it's impressive how our rotten days are coinciding). I never thought I suffered from allergies, but now I'm convinced I just suffer differently. (I have no idea what the weather down there is like - I live way north where outdoor allergy season is way over).

P.S. Glad to see you back. I know I'm just a lurker, and I'm not on twitter or tumblr or any of the other places people do internets, but I was starting to seriously worry about you. :)
