My first piece for paintedspires. The prompt: Photographs. Maybe someone showed Teyla how to use a camera or to scrapbook. Maybe Lorne does photography in addition to painting. How about photos that documented the good, bad and/or hilarious missions.

I love these so much. (And not just because, as you know, I find the ninja!photographer!Teyla thing to be one of my favorite things ever.) But the different writing you gave the team and the pretty appropriate paper. It all meshes together really, really well.

Though my favorite remains John and Black Leather Guy's dueling candles. I am secretly a twelve year old boy.

*glee* This is so much fun. I especially enjoy the less flattering "candids", because, in all honesty, that's the way photographs tend to work in the real world (I still haven't been able to take a single photo of my mom where her eyes aren't closed or her mouth open).
