You know, I always hated that one part of English class where we had to read, study, write, and analyze poetry. I like to read and write poetry, but I don't like to analyze them and write a paragraph about it. Shakespearean sonnets were also not my good friends ( Read more... )

Thank you! I hope so, too! XD He gave us two poems to try to understand and put into practice what we've seen of stucture and stuff. :| We're going to over it on Monday.

Yeah, the limit thing is what I've learned, recently.

Yeah! That's another thing I've learned; sometimes you do kina have to be selfish in life, but it doesn't make you a bad person.

hmmm....i wonder if we're going to do that when i get to AP Spanish. might be a headsup for me. I hate analyzing things, but i love to read. I think that analyzing literature just kills the sole purpose of reading, but i guess it teaches you to think about things ( ... )

Haha, yeah! I love reading, and analyzing- on my terms. XD But yes, it does tech you to look at things another way.

Awww, that sucks. :| At least you don't have to deal with them now, I think.

Whoo! Independence! XD Yeah, I'm one those people who likes being in their own company- needs it even. Every now and then. :) I met new people and we have been friends since the latter half of my freshman year. They're great and have been nice, but there's always something... and apart from that, sometimes I wish I could spend some time alone or do something alone every once in a while without them thinking something is wrong or appearing mean.

I admire your skills and feelings in the situation. :) That's a very good way, wise, even, to handle it. ^_^

yah, i'm gonna take Honors this year, and then during my senior year i'm taking AP.

ya, even though sometimes we talk online and they tell me to call them, i know that they don't really mean it, so i don't talk to them.

same here!! sometimes it's easier to be alone because you don't have to take care of other people and you can do things on your own terms. but other times i like groups because then i don't have to do as much work, and we can share ideas that i would never have thought of.

Yeah, that's one thing I find very... not cool. Like, they tell you to your face that you're "the best friend I've ever had! I hope we're friends forever!" but they don't mean it at all, or act like it. It's very sad.

Cool! That basically sums up my feelings, too. XD Haha.
