This entry made me cry. You're right; this whole world just sucks sucks sucks sucks sucks. But in that moment, when Steve put his arms around you, you did find your path again. Maybe the point is that there is no point, but if you can find some happiness in this messed up world, that's what matters. You found happiness with Steve, and it's hard to make a good relay work. It is hard to think that these monsters do terrible things and then are released to do it again. It's just plain awful. But that's the world we live in, and we have to try to smile through it. You have a soul Kate, and it's beautiful. Don't forget that.
