*slaps Hal upside the head*

Instincts = GOOD!
Thinking about culture differences = BAD
Halfling swooning in your arms? = GUH!

Get with it guys!

They are most incredibly frustrating!

I like Shirebound's suggestion . . . even if Frood might get slightly squished :)

You are definitely killing us all here !

Well, if Halbarad just happened to land on Frodo, then he'd have to do something about just happening to be in that position, now, wouldn't he? ;-)

hehe. Thanks!

Men! And hobbits, too!

Ugh, and when you have two males involved, nobody talks about feelings at all and you have a real situation ;-) *knocks them both upside the head*

I like Janet's suggestion. It's about time the big man did the falling, instead of the hobbit. I'd call him thick-headed, but it's both of them - they keep picking up cues and then misinterpreting them. Nicely done. I'm enjoying the frustration, how weird is that?

Thanks! Not so weird -- I was kind of enjoying the frustration myself! There is SOME relief in the next chapter, for those who are being driven crazy by it, lol! :-)
