1. Concrit and OOC concerns.
I post every week in cfud_concrit and will listen to whatever you have to say, and talk about it as long as you want to. I like to ramble, as a general rule. There's also a concrit post on Buffy's LJ, somewhere. You can also just get me on e-mail, IRC, or AIM.
2. Contact Methods
As long as I am at my computer, I am signed in to my e-mail and probably IRC and/or AIM. My gmail (I also have the gmail chat thing) is chashi[at]gmail[dot]com, which is also in all my characters' infos. My AIM is prettyramen, also should be in all the infos. Chances are I will be on IRC as Buffy, otherwise I'm probably Chase, very rarely I am on as Anne, Anya, or Hawkeye. If you want to get in touch with me, these are about the same speed if I'm online, and e-mail is the only one that works if I'm not.
3. Time and other scheduling issues
On Japan time right now, which means it's EST+13. Weekdays, I usually get up around 5 a.m. Japan time and go to class at 7:30 a.m., and at the earliest I'm back around 1:30 to 2:00. If I have something after class it takes longer. I'm awake til around 10:00 p.m. Weekends are similar, but with less class and more occasional human contact.
4. Cliques, thread dropping, etc.
I usually only stop threads when I think they're done or when the other person stops. If I stopped a thread earlier than you wanted me to, talk to me and I'll pick it up, I'm easy like that. I'll drop threads mainly when I have to leave (for class, etc) but I'll try to tag people I'm talking to the at the time in IRC/IM if I can, and I'm always willing to pick those up.
In terms of cliques, I really hope I don't have them? Buffy has to talk to Kon fairly often to be a happy person, so even if I'm not commenting a lot on stuff, I will often put in an effort to find Kon. I try not to canon cluster, though Chase is somewhat bad about it. ALSO. Right now because I'm not around a whole lot, most of my characters who aren't Buffy aren't hitting more general posts (i.e. Chase would want to hit a Gert post) just while I get on my feet, so I apologize for this, which very well might come off cliqueily, really I'm just working on getting a system worked out.
5. Characters
I am most likely to respond to you as Buffy. This is because Buffy is very easy.
Other characters come out--I play all of them at the same time if I feel like they all have things to do--on posts where I feel like they have something really good to say--it's just easiest to think of these with Buffy. I will play two characters in the same post sometimes, but this is rarer because I'm easily confused. If you'd like to talk to a certain character, just tell me and if I'm around I'll probably be completely willing to bring them out. I play them all because I like playing them, so probably you just need to say "Hi can I talk to X!" and unless I'm leaving soon, I'll say yes. If I am leaving soon, I'm totally up for setting something up etc. AM EASY IS THE MAIN POINT HERE. That said, more general stuff like "I want to see X character more" is less likely to get that response, just because, well, I bring out my characters when I feel like it, and give me a specific place and a reason and I'll do it, but otherwise I'll just be more "Well, I do bring out X when X has something to say >:"
6. Comfort levels
Basically what Kon said here--please check all serious injuries/deathy things with me in advance, because there are people I'll want to check with for some of them and generally that's the kind of thing that requires me doing lots of stuff to make it work and I don't particularly want to deal with the reprecussions without a good reason. Please also check with me before starting a serious fight with Buffy, unless I, say, turn up in your fight post, just because I'm bad at fighting and will want to talk to you during anyway and stuff.
7. Apps
It's always okay to ask me about your app. If I don't have time, I'll just say no, but generally I'm pretty happy to read over whatever you'd like.
8. Locking and serious stuff IC.
There's not a lot that my characters care about locking--I think Buffy and Hawkeye are the only ones who have ever even used locks, and maybe Anne once--so, policy. Buffy's main things that need to be locked involve Kon, and if she brings it up, she'll probably lock it. If you bring it up and don't lock it, she'll probably lock it herself and say "lock that shit >:" This basically holds true for everyone BUT Hawkeye. Hawkeye's got military stuff and stuff, and locking that's good, I figure you guys know what you're doing. The OTHER thing with Hawkeye is that my laptop is kind of fickle and angry and I might not always be caught up with the newest manga stuff, so if you're going to talk to Hawkeye about stuff past FMA 60, please contact me OOC first 1. to make sure I'm okay getting spoiled and 2. to make sure I know what happened well enough to discuss it.
