I'm sure you've already seen my posts regarding those two days of the meme, but I'll repeat it again: Patrick Troughton and Lis Sladen. (If we're to make a separation between Old and New Who, then for the latter we can have Lis again - with Catherine Tate following closely - and Christopher Eccleston. I almost picked Arthur Darvill, though, as his acting was excellent and I'm sure he'll blow everyone away if Moffatt and co. supply him with material for it.)
ROMANAAA II \o/ She is so adorable ♥ (and I'm pretty sure Four would agree with me on that). For new Who I think Catherine is responsible for almost 80% of the sucess of her character. She is so funny but when the situation asks for a more deep and serious Donna, she is also great. I cried in the end of Journey's End :(
For Classic Who, Pertwee is my favorite Doctor and there are only 2 serials that I've never seen of his tenure, Planet of Spiders and the one before that. Mostly because I don't want to watch his regeneration story and say goodbye to him, no matter how much I love Four.
Oh, and the Brig :) Almost forgot how much I like him.
