Ryan gulps. He wonders when the last time Brendon had a date. It's hard to see much of anyone when you're traveling all the time, and here's Brendon, stuck babysitting Ryan while Spencer and Jon make out for the benefit of the rest of the bar. It's a shame, really - Brendon would make a really great boyfriend for someone. *flails wildly* THIS IS THE PART WHERE I STARTED LAUGHING AND AWWWING AND BEING, "BOYS."

In the room he shares with Ryan, Brendon's dug Ryan's watch out of the nightstand and is curled up under the covers, cuddling it to his chest. THIS IS THE PART WHERE I STARTED WORRYING AND BEING, "BOYS! Brendon! WHAT?"

Oh, dear. I'm wishing now that I'd stuck with my original plan to wait until this was fully posted to read it, instead of caving sometime around part 4. :/ It's awesome, I am loving it, but I remember Human Nature/Family of Blood too well & can't see a way to a happy ending! *clings to Ryan Smith*

Yeaaaaah......... On the plus side, no one ends up trapped in a mirror for eternity? If that's any consolation? And there are many sequels planned, one of which is already written!
