kate, kate. you know what I like. detail that say a hell of a lot and a nice, compact, efficient, but killer short story. great concept and the ending twists everything around nicely.

With the 'five things that never happened' stories, you usually know the structure, you can guess the theme, from the first part or even just the title. But, hey, this - the five different pov's, all original and new - that surprised me. Saving Britney for the last definitely upped the anticipation factor. Writing's really crisp and clean too, ah, it's all good.
