So, a very long time ago, I was lamenting that no one ever wrote Justin/Nelly, even though clearly the Mutual Popstar Crush was very much in effect. And someone told me, "You should check out julitabonitaAnd so I did and lo and behold, she loved Justin/Nelly, and all things Nelly. And then a great thing happened: she came to NY! And was cool! And kept talking

I am dead and you have killed me. Ow! My heart! My love for Nelly is unfathomable, given that I don't like his music very much. But then, he's a cute vegetarian rapper who wears UMC jerseys in public and adores Justin, so perhaps not *unfathomable.* But yes, not enough of him in popslash, and this was terrific. (Even though some warped and best-ignored part of me really did want to see Justin and Murphy Lee throw down like crazy ghetto bitches.)
