So I'm filling out my ACT registration form, right? And you are supposed to put your top four choices in there somewhere, for scholarship stuff or something. I just wanted to get some feedback from my parents, so I went upstairs to ask them about it

This would be where you apply to in-state private schools, or in-state public schools that've stopped offering the tuition cuts. XD

The only problem is, the only in-state private school I really want to go to is Northwestern, which doesn't give scholarships. Unless you're some godly musician, in which case they'll pay for everything but room and board.

Fortunately I have until next year to really decide on colleges.
