Resurfacing

I guess it's time I updated this silly thing - the problem is I've never gotten into the routine of doing it. Something for me to work on, since this is a far simpler way of keeping friends up to date on what's going on than emailing or phoning each individual.

Very, very glad you're out of that. I wish that somebody would come up with a medication for bipolar that actually made the person feel better about themselves ... as it is, people will seize upon any excuse not to take the stuff.
