It’s been rather rocky for a while in terms of work to begin with, with finding my feet and realising where everything belongs, and getting along with my colleagues and simply getting myself calm in times of uncertainty, panic and stress (which normally always proves to be the most challenging, in my point of view).

Sounds good. Variety in a job, running round doing this and then having to do that, sounds a lot like what I do, and it can be tiring and stressful - especially when you have to do all these things at once - and anxiety-inducing (especially when I have to set up meetings and did I get the right fruit?) but over time it will get easier, as you are experiencing already with the bolstered confidence :)

I think the hardest part of having to write rejection emails, can be got over by having a stock reply that you put time into the first time, but saves you having to go through the emotional wringer of phrasing it each time thereafter.

Sounds like you're enjoying your job! :) Always remember that you were the one that was chosen and really deserve to be there. You have so much talent and potential; art is so subjective and personal that "good" grades mean very little, its how you percieve things that makes you and your art so very special.
