Now with certain fandoms I'm pretty take it or leave it, and I stand by that. Plus unlike countless others I can't say that I'll ever be obsessive with anything that I have particular fascination in (for me Batman, or Xena Worrior Princes) I also stand by that. Glad to hear you're diggin' the Ponies! They are pretty damn epic. And yeah, the stories are well-crafted (in that yes, they have little moral stories, but it doesn't come across as preachy - and all the characters are well-developed, which is unusual for a western kid's show).
Plus... didn't know you were a fan of Adventure Time? I've only dabbled in the series, but am liking what I see (and I may be kinda shipping Marceline/Princess Bubblegum). It's so wonderfully bizarre... and I kinda love how I find myself not having to justify why stuff happens... all the weirdness is just 'right' for that particular universe.
Glad you and Steve seem to be exploring so many new shows *huggles*. You sound happy, and I am happy for you. (Also, if you're looking for comic books recommendations, I have plenty that you would enjoy. I can help you with your action figure collection too if you'd like some of mine... I'll probs have to get rid of all of mine if I go Stateside).
