We joined the gym last night! woohoo! I'm very excited, hopefully i can stay as motivated as i am now...

Work has been insufferably slow this week. It makes me want to scream.

i have a tummy-ache :(

Now its downpouring outside. Oh dear, i think Teo and Aaron are out there... they are gonna get all wet.

Maybe i shoulda gone out tonite... i wish i weren't so anti-social this week, oh well, next week, i swear!

As i was walking here from the train this morning i passed the old YMCA building on 3rd street that they are tearing down and some guys were up on the roof pulling stuff off and throwing it to the rubble on the ground and it occurred to me what a great job that might be, destroying stuff all day... that might be fun. Drove home yesterday. I miss the heat already... :(

Well i'm in Vernon and its HOT here... about 37 i think, but by the sounds of it, its really hot in Calgary too. I'm loving it, at least when its hot here you can go jump in the lake (which i did twice today) :D
