I just post on CM. I haven't found a site as good for fics as over there, though I am considering posting the fic on here at some point in the future, whenever I get around to finishing it ;)
I am completely floored at it, didn't even know that there were such awards, and so completely chuffed that people actually nominated me. It gives you a really lovely feeling!!
