Not the first one... I think Java California is for sale, and Chamonix has signs up that you have to buy a drink for every 2 hours you stay there.

I think owning a coffeeshop in a small town isn't very easy. You get semi good business during exam season, but that's from students who buy a single coffee and steal your internet for 8 hours at a time. Then over summer you get nothing.

I don't know how I feel about this

on the one hand, I hate coffee shops. on the other hand, the starbuck is a coffee shop, and if all the other shops close it will only become more powerful.
