Also, I think 6.1 is Utopia and they are all answers beginning with Ut, which makes Mainz incorrect.

Which leads me to check on Utrecht ... and that city turns out to be the birthplace of Pope Adrian VI. His claim to uniqueness is that he was the only Dutchman to ascend to the throne of St Peter.
