yes on all but 10 though good guess.

Hint on 10: another quote from the movie: "Haven't you ever heard of the healing power of laughter?" (now if that's not a giveaway)

However on 16 right series wrong movie. It was actually in The Two Towers in the scene where Smeagol tells Gollum to go away. I believe it is just before the scene where they get captured by Faramir's men

I haven't seen that movie so it could be right, but not the same movie I was thinking of when I wrote that one.

Hint on 4: The actor who said the quote in #7 on this list also starred in this movie.

number 6 sounds familiar, but can't think of it
