The comm's audio turns on to the sound of very heavy rain and multiple foot steps as well as a few young-sounding voices talking.]

[Suoh is just watching all of this, unable to do anything. Never mind that he's probably going to get sick just from being out in the rain and the cold for so long.

Hearing this, Guilmon hugs him.]

Sensei... i-it's okay... you were trying to help us all get home safely! You did your best...

I know... I just wish I could do more...

[Over at the bridge, Penmon is trying to get Kote to leave with Miria and the other kids she's grabbing, but he's being stubborn.]

Kote, please go! I'm okay!

I'm not leaving you, Penny!

"I promise she's going to be all right, Kote. You'll be together again soon, all right?" Takato said with a reassuring smile, trying to make Kote feel a little better about leaving Penny behind for now.

"I'll make sure she's kept safe! And so will Growmon. Right, boy?" Growmon grinned.

"Right!"

[Miria was some how managing to stay stationary in the air despite the winds. As the students climbed aboard, the cables Miria had prepared snapped into place and held the children securely like seat-belts.]

Listen Kote, she'll be safe. But I can't comeback and pick her up of you don't come with me! Please climb aboard.

Kote, just go!

Nn... Penny, you'd better be okay!

I-I am! Please, just go!

[Reluctantly, Kote gets off Growmon and goes to Miria, giving Penny a look before they leave.]

"Good," Takato sighed, making sure to hold on a little tighter to Penny.

"She'll be safe, I promise!" he called out to Kote again as Miria began to take them all to safety.

"Okay boy, start moving again toward the land, really slowly ..."

[Miria's engines lit up again as she flew quickly back to solid ground and set down. The cables unraveled from around the children allowing them to disembark from the HSAT.]

Okay, can someone make sure these kids stay back while I go for another batch?

[Suoh feels like he's going to turn in to a ninja-cicle if he's out there much longer, but like hell he's leaving his students alone, even with DATS agents around.]

[that's all he needs to say for his students to come huddle around him, all of them talking at once about how happy they are he's okay. Kote, however, is watching Growmon closely, not wanting to budge until he's absolutely sure Penny is okay.]

[ he knows that they're being watched, and he's making good on his promise that Penny will be okay. He's also keeping an eye on the other kids, and they all seem fine. ]

[ Growmon is slowly moving toward land, but he's ready to stop when Miria gets close enough to take more of the kids. ]

[Once Suoh has The kids, Miria wastes no time in lifting off the ground again and coming around to Growlmon again.]

I'm ready for the next group!

Kote... she's going to be okay...

[Kotemon's only response is a grunt of annoyance at his teacher. He's still refusing to look away, and all Suoh can really di is sit there with the kids and shiver horribly in the rain.]

Suddenly, Manami walked over, and materialized an umbrella, large enough to cover the Child digimon at least.

WereGarurumon grunted. "Okay, you guys need to go fast... this thing is gonna break up on its own me!"

[ once Growmon saw Miria coming, he stopped so that it'd be easier to get the kids over to her. ]

[After the last child climbed aboard, Miria moved off from Growlmon.]

Okay, last trip for the kids, and then I'm coming you two if need me to Takato.

[With that, Miria sped off back to terra firma with the kids.]

[Suoh looks up at Manami apologetic, but grateful.]

Thank you... I'm sorry we've been so much trouble. I was trying to get them home before the weather got any worse...
