i don't know if you're a stephen king fan or not, but i recommend "The Dark Tower Series" for your list of books.

i just remembered seeing this entry and thought i'd share that, because i am currently reading them and they are very wonderful. :)

I like Stephen King's books, but I haven't had a chance to read The Dark Tower series so far, I'll check it out! Thank you :)

it is a long series. seven books total, i believe. and each book gets longer as you go.

But you read half as many books as I did :P
I've watched A Single Man for Nicolas Hoult, to tell you the truth. I wanted to see what an actor he will turn out to be outisde of Skins. And then I ended up cry for half of the movie. And falling in love with Julianne Moore. She is my discover this year. I watched some other films with her and can't belive I didn't notice how great of an actress she is ;)
But at the beginning I also thought A single man would be a boring film.

I don't think I've read many interesting books last year. The one that I still have in mind and that made quite an impression on me was definitley Steppenwolf. I'm not sure, but I think you've read it, haven't you? If not, you should give it a try :)

So Kenny was also in Skins??No wonder his face looked so familiar to me!
And indeed, Julianne Moore is a great actress:)
Yup, read it in 2009, and was one of my favourites at that time. In fact, I'm planning on reading another book by him this year- Narcissus and Goldmund, courtesy of Sebastian's bookcase:P
