winteresque has started regularly entering our icontest from week twenty-eight onward, she has received first place for each base for the last three weeks. The moderators have discussed this matter, and we have requested that she not enter for six weeks (normally, the rule constitutes that if an iconist places first (once) three weeks in a row, they only must be on hiatus in this community for three weeks, but this is a special situation) to ensure a rotation of winners.
