And an evil empire is created around Hikaru and Sakura (who are too happy about all their new friends to notice) and those who do notice can't object because Hikaru and Sakura are just. too. cute. (and they're terrified of Eagle and Tomoyo).

I just loved this (both the fic and the comment!fic. (I'm saying that a lot lately :D ) And yes Clef should have known better then to send those two to Nokoru.

Tomoyo and Eagle, however, exchanged a set of glances that, all in all, translated into "You get the teacher to stock up on play clothes, and I'll get the two most adorable creatures on the planet in cute dresses once more."

At least, so long as they were on Hikaru and Sakura's good side, they had a little protection. The fact that the protection was given by two of the scariest kindergarteners Clef had ever seen negated a lot of that consolation, however.
